Ad Inspiration (aka: Try This Color Combination. I Dare You)
It's unusual but I love it. Pretty, eh?
I just have a quick post for you today (al-though I have to admit this was not a quick card). I love the way it turned out, but it was a struggle, let me tell you. I stamped the main image four times before I managed not to smudge it then I noticed the last time I had cut the white card stock the wrong size. Oh well. I added the Dew Drops on the left side and I think it almost looks like I did it on purpose. :) The inspiration for the color combo came from this ad banner that I saw online. I know it's not exact but it was the starting point.
As I was gathering my materials I noticed that my new October Afternoon paper (Weather Vane, "Chilly Mornings") from Jacksonbelle Embellishments was a really good match so I went with it. Anyway I have tons going on and I stayed up way too late making this so I'd have something to share. Besides I have tons of birthdays coming up in the next two months so I need to get crackin' on some birthday cards and I thought this would work for one of them. Busy day so, I'm off! Take care!
